What is an asset?

An asset is any physical device, virtual machine (VM) or cloud instance that is being tracked within the platform. Physical devices include UPS, CRAC units, servers, storage units, and network devices.

Are patch panels or switch ports considered assets?

No. Patch panels, switch ports, racks and ‘unrecognized’ data center components are not considered assets–therefore, there is no charge for these items.

How much does RAMP DCIM cost?

RAMP DCIM pricing is tiered based on your plan type. Paid plans start at $3,499 per month for 500 assets and range up to $12,499 per month for 2,500 assets. Custom pricing is available for Enterprise requirements.
